I was a training staff member of CCPE for 20 years, facilitating and supervising students on a four year Integrative transpersonal Psychotherapy training.
I am on the newly created UKCP register of supervisors.
I have supervised counsellors and psychotherapists since 1997, individually and in groups, qualified and in training, working with short term or long term clients.
My approach is integrative.
I have both a Psychodynamic and Humanistic background and am registered as Integrative/Transpersonal.
I like to pay particular attention to unconscious material as manifesting in parallel process and projective identification.
Supervisees are encouraged to work creatively, to listen to the messages of the body and to follow their imagination. Mindfulness and cognitive understanding also belong in the work. Supervision through exploration of dreams is available when appropriate. I like to foster supervisees self-development and training and specially enjoy working with trainees and starters who feel they can benefit from the Transpersonal input.
Minimum attendance required: monthly.
A free referral system is in operation for supervisees as and when appropriate.
Monthly 1 hour sessions are £55
Two hours per month £90 monthly
Special rate for students working towards their UKCP accreditation.
